• Individual barcode number (GTIN) application 
  Complete this form if you:
  • Have a turnover of less than $1 million and need a maximum of 10 Individual Barcode Numbers (Global Trade Item Numbers - GTINs) or a pack of 10 individual barcode numbers (GTINs).
  • NOTE: Processing delays may be experienced if you apply using these forms. Apply online to receive your numbers immediately.
• Full membership application (GS1 Complete)
  Complete this form if you:
  • Have a turnover greater than $1 million
  • Need more than 10 Individual Barcode Numbers (Global Trade Item Numbers - GTINs)
  • NOTE: Processing delays may be experienced if you apply using these forms. Apply online to receive your numbers immediately.
• GLN application 
  Complete this form if you wish to apply for Global Location Numbers (GLNs) (A number that is assigned to locations) only.

• Additional GS1 Company Prefixes application 
  • Complete this form if you are already a member and need more numbers.
• Additional GTINs application 
  • Note:  Administrative fees apply and processing delays may be experienced if you apply using this form. Apply online to avoid administrative fees and to receive your numbers immediately.
    • Complete this form if you have a turnover of less than $1 million and require 10 individual barcode numbers (GTINs).
• Small barcode (GTIN-8) application 
  • Complete this form if you need small barcodes or GTIN-8s.
• Variable measure barcode application 
  • Complete this form if you need variable barcode measures.
• Additional GLN application
