Benefits of National Product Catalogue

Measurement comparison service
When using both the NPC and GS1 Australia's Barcode Check service, we compare the weights and measurements of your consumer product from the sample we barcode test to the record in the NPC. Where your data is incorrect, we will alert you to ensure your product master data is corrected. This is a free value added data quality check for all NPC / Barcode Check customers.

Better product data with GS1 Global Data Model (GDM)

The GS1 Global Data Model helps leverage your product content for a seamless shopping experience across every channel. By simplifying the exchange of product data around the world, brand owners increase operational efficiency while retailers improve data accuracy for consumers.
