Description:

Specify the logical relationship between multiple bracket ranges.

For repeating brackets, this relationship must be the same.

Valid values are:

AND – All previous qualifiers plus the current record.

OR – Any one qualifier but not more than one.

The four bracket attributes are repeatable, but only as a group.

Would not normally be used except for complex Bracket Tiers.
