GPC Category Code
GPC codes are mandatory for the National Product Catalogue as they are a key component of the GDSN. The GPC code is an 8 digit code that is used to classify your products.
Access to the GPC codes can be gained through the following link:
https://www.gs1.org/standards/gpc
The category code for the lowest category level (brick) must be selected.
Any classification higher than brick level is not allowed on the National Product Catalogue.
