Barcodes for selling on Alibaba

Alibaba Group invites Australian brand owners to adopt GS1 barcodes for product information management and to use the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for uniquely identifying their products for global eCommerce.

In October 2016, Alibaba Group, GS1 and GS1 China announced that they will work together to standardise product information for the benefit of all supply chain participants, including consumers. Read more.
