GS1 Recall Advisory Group

The Recall Advisory Group is a forum to:

  • Discuss issues and opportunities within the Recall space
  • Assist with the prioritisation of development efforts
  • Provide a mechanism for engagement with organisational recall management networks and assist with deployment programmes
  • Advocate the alignment of GS1 Recall with systems and processes of all stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate issues of national importance related to Recall management

Recall online portal has been re-certified by HACCP Australia - The GS1 Recall service has been re-certified as being an effective and suitable for businesses that operate a HACCP based Food Safety Programme

Recall Road Map

Our road map for Recall is currently in place for Release 1 2019. At GS1 we listen carefully to our members and the recall advisory groups. This results in a service functional enhancement road map for the Recall portal that aligns with industry requirements and captures the future needs of product recall.
