GS1 Recall Health User Community & Governance

As an industry platform, the ongoing development and overall governance are guided by the user community to ensure it reflects the changing needs and priorities on the sector and continuous improvement of the overall recall process related to therapeutic goods.

The platform is open to all organisations via a cost recovery subscription continuing to grow in use and change in functionality as new organisations join the community. The full list of subscribed users to the Recall Health platform. Download as PDF or Download as Excel.

All users of the platform are able to submit requests for functional improvements or updates which then flow into the assessment, specification, review and prioritisation process with inputs from the Recall Health Advisory Group that provides governance on behalf of the industry.  This results in a service functional enhancement road map for the Recall Health platform that aligns with industry requirements and captures the future needs of product recall in health.

To submit a request for a change or update, or to find out more about the roadmap email recallsupport@gs1au.org or over the telephone on 03 8581 5976 or Contact us.
