Are you eligible?
This service is available to any business wishing to maintain their own Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and share them with their major trading partners. It's also available for those who need to know their customers' GLNs to support EDI and data synchronisation transactions in the National Product Catalogue and Smart Media. This includes GS1 Australia members and non-members.
When can I start using the service?
When your registration application has been approved you'll be sent an email with your login details (username and password) for Locatenet. This should take no more than one business day.
How much does it cost?
See our Locatenet fee-structure.
If you are a member, be sure enter your GS1 company prefix on the registration form.
If you are a National Product Catalogue Healthcare user please disregard the applicable Locatenet fees.
Will other companies be notified?
Yes. Locatenet automatically sends an email alert to all other registered users of Locatenet advising that a new registration has been processed. Note, only users who have subscribed to receive alerts and notifications will be advised.
