What is Recall Health?
Recall Health is an online platform developed in conjunction with industry bodies, suppliers, buyers, Australian Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) as an integral part of the digital health supply chain reform agenda.
The platform is a standardised, industry-driven communication tool. It utilises secure and efficient electronic processes for real-time product recall and withdrawal management within the healthcare sector.
If you manufacture or supply medical devices, pharmaceuticals or invitro diagnostics in Australia, this platform not only meets current processes, but also includes capability to notify other digital platforms eg ERP, POS, EMM, WMS etc or consumer apps. To further streamline this critical process.
Industry governance of the platform ensures ongoing development and continuous improvement.
The platform is an accepted method for notifying the TGA to meet the requirements outlined within the URPTG. View the URPTG.
Recall Health operates on a cost recovery basis on behalf of industry.
