GS1 Australia's Supply Chain Review service is a four-phased GS1 System 
implementation service. The service comprises detailed business process analysis, development of client specific and prioritised implementation recommendations, sourcing of required software and hardware and the actual implementation of new, automated business process.
Phase 1: Analysis and recommendations
GS1 Professional Services begins by reviewing and mapping your current business processes based on your supply chain objectives. The review is based on each company's specific goals and objectives for implementing the GS1 System, and is the basis of the four-phase implementation methodology.
Phase 2: Prioritisation and proposals
Working with your senior management team, GS1 Professional Services assists you to prioritise recommendations and source firm proposals from GS1 Alliance Partners to advance the project to the planning stage.
Phase 3: Implementation plans
A clear plan is developed and shared with all parties involved in the project, formalising expectations, responsibilities and projected timeframe's for delivery. Change management programs can also be developed as part of this phase.
Phase 4: GS1 implementation
"Going live" is likely to be a series of separate yet interlinked projects. GS1 Professional Services may act as project manager or advisor to the project team coordinating all parties and delivering to the implementation plan.
