GS1 Supply Chain Review™
GS1 Australia’s GS1 Supply Chain Review comprises detailed analysis and a range of client specific recommendations to organisations seeking to implement the GS1 standards of numbering, barcoding and RFID throughout their supply chain. The phases of the GS1 Supply Chain Review include

During the Analysis and Recommendations phase, a GS1 Professional Services Senior Advisor reviews in detail your company’s business processes to identify opportunities for automation through the use of GS1 standards. Detailed process flow diagrams are prepared showing the recommended points of data capture or eMessaging and the data capture requirements at each point. IT infrastructure is analysed to determine the technology gap based on the recommendations made and a project progression roadmap is prepared and presented.
GS1 Traceability Service™
Specifically tailored for companies looking to implement track and trace processes, from raw materials receiving through to customer receipt. Based on the GS1 Global Traceability Standard this service is designed to apply traceability principles (namely; unique identification, data capture and recording, links management and data communication), enabling technologies and GS1 System tools to develop an efficient system to respond to traceability requests (both upstream and downstream).
