Wrigley speeds ahead to become EANnet Ready™ with on-site experience (October 2003)
In just over three months, using the full range of implementation capabilities from GS1 Professional Services, The Wrigley Company has developed full EANnet Ready status.
In collaboration with Wrigley, the GS1 Professional Services team planned the entire project, prepared a GAP analysis, created and cleansed Wrigley's data, performed end-to-end tests, assisted with enhancing the current business processes to incorporate EANnet requirements, and provided training for project hand over back to the business. The expertise and detail has ensured Wrigley's data synchronisation is sustainable in the long term.
Cindy Redwood, Manager for IT Business Processes and Applications at Wrigley said that "having GS1 Professional Services as an integral part of the project ensured Wrigley's timeframes and costs were significantly reduced".
