![]() The recent Data Crunch study conducted by GS1 Australia in partnership with AFGC, ECR and IBM outlined that over a 5 year period, bad data costs the Australian Food industry over AU$1 Billion (AU$200m pa) At the November GS1net User Groups, the GS1net Measurement Comparison Service was launched. This new free service will be available to all GS1net members who also use the GS1 Australia Barcode Testing Service. An email containing the Measurement Comparison report in excel format will be sent to the GS1net primary contact, or a nominated contact, containing GTINs where the comparison has identified any differences in data outside the global tolerances.
