Web interactive training
GS1 Australia is now offering to its new members a new way of learning: Web interactive training. It is a multimedia presentation that allows participants to speak to a GS1 knowledge expert through a telephone conference call while following the presentation via a web page. It also allows participants to ask questions and be given advice and answers immediately.
Two different sessions are proposed to the members, depending on their level of knowledge and their needs in terms of identification and barcoding:
Webinar 1: How do I get started with the GS1 System?
The main objectives of this session are for the participants:
- to understand what to do with the 7or 9 digit prefix they were allocated
- to be able to put a barcode on their products
- to be sure of the quality of the barcode they will create
- to be aware of GS1 Australia's services they could use during the implementation of GS1 standards.
This Web-interactive training session is therefore an introduction to the GS1 System
