Academic Grant Program
How do I apply?
Eligible applicants may apply for the GS1 Australia Academic Grant by completing the Application Form and submitting it with the following attachments:
- A detailed 500 word submission letter that is typed with double spacing, a size twelve font and is clearly labelled. Papers not identifiable will not be eligible for submission and will void the application. Submission letter must cover:
- - A description of your current job (attach business card if available)
- - How will this academic grant assist you in your current employment?
- - How will this academic grant assist your organisation in achieving greater supply chain management efficiencies?
- - Current supply chain management issues in your organisation
- - How the academic grant program would assist you to achieve your professional goals
- - Any health problems and/or disabilities
- - Any difficult financial circumstances that you or your company envisage
- Copies of any relevant studies and past academic performance
- Birth certificate / Citizenship papers
- A company letter stating your position and a clear description of your current duties. Letter must clearly state contact details of company personnel
- A copy of your most recent resume
- A photo of yourself (which may be used in future GS1 Australia promotions)
