Music and Entertainment industry
The Music and Entertainment sector are currently looking at beginning a RFID pilot following on from the numerous trials and implementations taking place overseas. A number of the key studios, retailers, industry associations, transport companies and others have agreed to participate in an industry working group to look at Supply Chain improvements.
The project will look at where the benefits of an RFID implementation are and how it can be realistically implemented in Australia. It is hoped that data quality through synchronisation might also be addressed.
