  GS1 Locatenet Registration Requirement for All NPC Users

GS1Locatenet enables the exchange of GLN data between supply chain partners accurately and effectively and supports the NPC by replacing manual, unverified spreadsheets used by Jurisdictions to communicate NPC Price Locations to suppliers.

Previously this field was required if applicable. It is now mandatory, the GS1net technical documentation is being updated and a validation rule is being created
